how to see the version of genefuse?

Hi, I got the genefuse by git clone on the command line, and make, finally, I got the binary genefuse, but I can't find the version of it. How to check which version of the software, thanks!

The version you have is the latest v0.4.0.

I will add an option --version to display the version.
