Hello! Due to default = "good" in line 27, the description in line 28 contains a mistake. If option -g is not set by user, then the good folder will be created in the current dir, but not in the dir of read1. And it's ok! Could you change the description in line 28, please? Also lines 287 and 288 of the same file are useless.
