3D lane generation pipeline

@RicardLee Hello, thanks for your response. As of now, I simply wanted to use your pipeline to create 3d lanes on existing datasets. But I have no doubts that open sourcing this pipeline would benefit the community immensely. I am happy to contribute in some way, either coding, testing or documentation. Please reach out to me. probably we could test out some examples on nuScenes/argoverse v2? validating the annotation pipeline and extend to Openlane v2. @RicardLee nice to have @manivmtc here.

After reaching out about this issue, I tried to find any material related to the generation pipeline but couldn't check. Are there any codes or documentation publicly opened, or is it just stopped for security issues?
