Yukon for Windows 11 doesn't launch in version 2023.9.1

image I've taken down its release files as they do not improve the program itself rather its CI.

It does launch in GNU Linux

It is also a problem that the splash screen would hide the error and that running it in cmd would not show any logs as it would launch the process and continue with no logging.
