...actually, looking at the MD5 my rom is not the same so I'll dump my cart and reapply. Will close the issue and reopen if still a problem. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately the issue does appear to be with the patch, not my rom. Rom name: RoboCop (USA, Europe) (Rev A) MD5: a477ac86be35d1fa70b708ad08dc88b8 Size: 64kb

Thanks a lot, great work. Tested and can confirm you can now progress through with no crashes (I played up to level 7).
