I this still relevant? We have decided for other apps, opensearch etc that apps will not have any feature do the mentioned backup scheme.

Don't think we need to discuss anything. We have decided to not expose alertmanager via ingress.

Perhaps also add some disclaimer that using pgaduit might incur additional pressure of the postgres server and the logging stack.
