Feature request - switch to Monaco Editor

Monaco is the same editor that powers [VS Code](https://code.visualstudio.com), [TypeScript Playground](http://www.typescriptlang.org/play/), and [Visual Studio Online](https://www.visualstudio.com/vso/). The Pixi demo doesn't look sharp. Setting `antialias: true` for the renderer has no effect.
