Adaptive composite map projections combine several projections
Just one small detail: You have a few references to "Cylindrial". I believe you meant "Cylindrical".
While dragging, the geographic point under the mouse cursor should more closely follow the movement of the cursor.
Transition between Lambert azimuthal and transverse cylindrical is not quite OK yet. When using adaptive grid, raster looks good, but grid is not adapted. Still WebGL geometry covers whole world....
inverse.frag: functions called by invProjection may discard the fragment if xy is outside of the valid range. This will cause undefined map borders when the transformed Lambert azimuthal is used....
Transition between Lambert azimuthal and Mercator is broken. Should use a transformed Lambert azimuthal when blending to Mercator.
The configuration object for ProjectionFactory.create() is complicated, confusing, poorly structured and contains redundant information.
Point density should be adjusted to guarantee interactive frame rates while panning. Point density should also be adjusted to the size of the graticule: a large window needs more vertices...
Lambert cylindrical and Mercator do not align.
