I am having the exact same issue with the same error code.
For me it would not work whether powered on or in standby. I ended up using 2.0 Beta 1 and that worked. It turned on my xbox from standby.
What are you guys passing in the config? @simonrmonk @dmitryrPlanner5D

I had a similar issue, it sort of did it with all types of content. I reinstalled the Roku app and it’s been working great since.
You must be missing clang. Try installing it: sudo apt-get install libclang-dev. It looks like you are on a PI but if you are on arch then do sudo pacman...
I am facing the same issue. All token and cost values are returned as 0. Only value that displays something is the successful requests line.
