**Is your feature request related to a problem?** An agent can have a different commission based on the partner, but now commission field is only set on the agent itself....
I don't know exactly if it can be defined as a migration itself, but I started from `sale_commission_product` module for this project, I kept commits history and mostly the goal...

This module solves inconsistency problems between SO and invoices regarding the selected agent commissioners. This module will make sure to use the Delivery Address' agents instead
