Currently there is quite hard to find the Slack button to get to the channel. I think it only is on the httplug repo. Maybe we should have a button...

I've rebased my old PR #164 to latest master. Do we want this feature or should both PRs be closed?

Make sure to add hreflang on localized pages.

This introduces a twig function `hreflang` that will print `` on all pages that are localized. I do also remove calls to deprecated functions.

It is not considered best practice to use use *.class parameters in our services.xml. They should be removed.

Improve documentation

The Readme needs to be updated. We should have more example configurations, explain the public services and an overview what we do.
