Connectivity isn't the problem, as devices can connect to multiple neighbors, and messages are also forwarded. But it needs some protocol changes, and then quite some extra ui (create groups...
This shouldn't be a problem, as long as only group members/admins can add new members?
This is a bit more complicated because messages can always be lost. So it could be that a message arrived, but the confirmation gets lost. And you have no way...
That's right, which makes this even more complicated. We might want to wait until #26 is fixed.
This is now implemented in the protocol, but not displayed in the app yet.

You mean on other people in the contacts list? Sounds like a good idea, at least with the online status for now. Can you make the title more descriptive though?
