Got the exact same crash and log with the snap version on Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS. Up until yesterday it worked fine.

Any news on this? I'm planning to replay the game soon and this bug is still here..... Or maybe @dwmtz can post his patch.

Well, found out why it didn't worked: launching the game through EasyRPG Retroarch's core doesn't work, but the flatpak version works perfectly, so it's quirk of Retroarch. > I couldn't...
