I would like to mention, Bloxstrap cannot modify the Roblox client.

What are you doing before this pop up appears?
I guess try doing a complete reinstall (Uninstalling through the control panel or settings app, then deleting the Bloxstrap folder)
Then get rid of it if it's giving you problems.

Even Better "Engine Configuration" (or Config).
Cider applies the wrong icon from the executable to the desktop shortcut Applies the top one (low-res) instead of the bottom one (high-res.) 
Likely do to a scale or resolution check error.
If you are using Vulkan, remove it.
