Update: They added a terms of service and privacy policy. Funny thing is, it's a direct copy and paste from another hosting provider's site... I wish I was making this...

One last thing. Apparently they have a 99.4% uptime guarantee (which is already bad)... but if you look on their status page it is even worse  Sadly this doesn't...
