You can right click and copy in the note tree, then `ctrl + v` in the note content.
Some other program is using the port, usually a reboot can solve this. Otherwise you need to find which process is using the port and kill it.
Options - advance - vacuum database
It works on my machine. I guess you did not set it right. Just tested a big file, works fine.  Do you have something like Nginx in the front?...
