In summary, coordinator can't stop lease taker `software.amazon.kinesis.leases.dynamodb.DynamoDBLeaseCoordinator.stopLeaseTaker(DynamoDBLeaseCoordinator.java:332)`, so during new deploys we sometimes have a lease unbalance between our instances for a new deploy. We thought the coordinator would...
