I just filed a duplicate issue: #1630 #1630 has a testkit attached.

This issue really affects productive work. Is it possible to set a milestone?

As a workaround you can convert the room type: /converttoroom as this bug only occurs for direct message room type. I suggest to set this one as duplicate of #8631...

I wonder what kind of discussion you would like to start. This is an unintended behaviour and thus a bug.

It seems, that the printout struggles with encoding="windows-1252" in the prolog. Change it to encoding="UTF-8" and the printout works. In case it is somehow useful for fixing ONLYOFFICE, I would...
