I don't think we currently have the capacity or interest to use this upstream here, but it does look like a cool project to make Rust documentation more accessible downstream...

I agree with the motivation that `Command` is not very ergonomic, especially around the common "return error containing stderr on error" workflow. But this RFC is a little too opinionated...

Although with fat LTO enabled this shouldn't make that much of a difference in practice. But I haven't tested that.
