I have had this same issue. I run a 7900XTX. For 1280x720 at 33 frames, the node takes over 400 seconds with minimal GPU utilization.
I'm running Arch Linux on bare metal.
Whatever issue that already existed has gotten substantially worse, ComfyUI hangs indefinitely on it now. The same issue also exists with the WanFunImageToVideo node.
