I have the same question. Also, the clip range tf.clip(vpred-OLDVPRED, -CLIPRANGE, CLIPRANGE) is weird. Probably it should be tf.clip(vpred-OLDVPRED, -tf.abs(OLDVPRED)*CLIPRANGE, tf.abs(OLDVPRED)*CLIPRANGE)??
