Note: there are some uses for which this won't be possible. Look at Page.Curriculum.StandardsTree `viewNoContentTooltip` caret in particular. Possibly Accordion should split into ExpandableTree and Disclosure? With different behaviors?

There's currently 15px extra padding on either side of the heading for mobile. Introduced in https://github.com/NoRedInk/noredink-ui/pull/1215

hello! Just to let you know, elm-forbid-imports is moving from git.bytes.zone to github.com/BrianHicks/elm-forbid-imports. I'll be setting up a redirect for HTTP but I don't think that Nix will follow that....

Please use the template that's relevant for your situation and delete the other templates. If this is just a noredink-ui repo doc change, you don't need to follow a template....
