I don't think the problem is to come up with use cases. As maintainers we just don't have time to solve every feature request. We are happy to receive PR...

@Djeezus as mentioned above please create a new issue and how to reproduce it. To my knowledge how the new operator API works you should be able to get this...

As I wrote in my previous comment, create a new issue. But my tip is to upgrade to version 5 of the operator, then you will get all new features....

Hey @rasenski So this project is maintained by RedHat and none RedHat employees and none of us gets payed to do it. The RedHat support won't be able to help...
