I have goot this error when `PAGINATED_DIRECT_TEMPLATES` is not set. It is ok with: `PAGINATED_DIRECT_TEMPLATES = ('categories', 'archives')` (pelican 3.4.0)

Hi @springmeyer Actually this seems better to manage it in mapnik. I will not do it now but I try to give a look at it in the following weeks.
