Not particularly, however it is relatively *easier* to make them via placeholderapi, but it's still very possible with only spigot.
Update: Running a fresh install with plotsquared works perfectly fine. I'm not sure what could be the cause of it on my server, Are my setting's bugged?
Resolved. However, The setting ```disable-physics```, when set to false, disables ALL, block updates, including blocks connecting. However it does not disable water and water flowing, and provides the glitchy water...

Appears as if this is a spigot/paper bug, unrelated to movecraft. Closing the issue.
