I think #67382 is the culprit. Previously drawing blood from acidic zombie generated acidic blood, and then function exited. Your change means monster no longer need to have eaten to start reproducing?

`Value of bash -> ter_set can be changed to something like: "ter_set": "t_thconc_floor"` This will lead to concrete floor generating even if fence is located somewhere in open field.
I'm not changing anything mechanics-wise or adding anything new here. I'm just using modern infrastructure for original behavior. I.e. this mutation now works exactly as it worked before, plus now...
