I just tried with a fresh vanilla Emacs 27.1, installing Indium from MELPA, and I cannot reproduce the issue.
I found out that if the margin is not set on the tables, the rendering issue doesn't show.
@jcs090218 something's wrong with the treesitter with this change. I'm investigating, and in the meantime I've converted this PR into a draft.
FWIW, I opened #31.
It works for me with eslint & grunt, using the UNIX formatter of eslint.
Thanks. The problem is that `eslint --print-config` can take seconds to run, and in the meantime Emacs is frozen.
