Short answer: no, the functions don't compute the same. The ```query_topn``` function doesn't filter the positive (i.e. known) triples of the graph, so it will return triples that the model...

It's not given in the examples, but ``` vdesk 2``` is the command you want, no need for running a .bat file. A helpful .bat file for either running all...
