I've seen this bug with Narrator, so I believe this is actually a Terminal issue, not NVDA specific.

Haven't seen this happening for some time now.
This applies not just to the advantage / disadvantage tooltips but all other instances where tooltips are used (for example over resource rates to view a breakdown of this info)....
Just found this issue. This is the only missing feature that I'd love to have to adopt duplicacy for backups.
