actually `pip install steem` installs a different library than piston.

`steem` installs Piston [fork](https://github.com/Netherdrake/steem-python), not Piston.

Yes, its a bug in `Account.history`. It has been fixed in `steem-python` library, feel free to backport it to Piston.

Adding an account should require specifying a username, to avoid the need for reverse lookups by public keys. This would also make `listaccounts` instant.

If you want to replace `cli_wallet`, I urge you to consider re-writing the `steempy` cli. Its a mess, and it could be done a lot better.
