What about [Winget](https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli)? Seams more reasonable (and simpler to maintain) nowadays, since it's directly maintained by Microsoft and supposed to be shipped with Windows 11

Should work correctly now that we use Mapping-IO under the hood. If not, feel free to re-open the issue.
