Transmission block list
These lists look great. Would be amazing if they would work with a Pi-hole.

# Known Issues - On `Transmission 2.94` (or maybe other versions), it does not support IPv6 in the list. It will report `blocklist skipped invalid address at line xxxx`.

By holding [rfc:1918](http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1918) addresses tp the list, you deny LAN traffic. I consider this as a failure you should take a look into
