Transmission 2.77 (14031) not working

I have an old Iomega NAS with Transmission 2.77 (14031), but block list is not working. I did all the steps, but no rule is applied. Is there anything that I could try manually? Thanks.

Not familiar with Iomega NAS, need more detail.

• What system is your NAS installed?
• Where is the Transmission package from? For example:
  • The Transmission package is provided by Iomega NAS.
  • by Docker
  • third-party re-compiled with a webUI remote control
  • etc, I don't know but there are many version.
• Any error logs?

But some common solutions you can try:

• Check you NAS internet connection.
• Download the blocklist file manually to check if your NAS able to download it.
• Check your system logs.
• Check disk and file permission.
• Check the Transmission permission. Some system will restrict a third-party application to download file to a system directory.
• Update your Transmission to latest version.
