Shared Tool Tip

When using a timeseries, it would be awesome if Grafana's shared tooltip extended to plotly panels. E.g., when I hover over a point in the plotly scatter plot, I would like it to show the shared tooltip on the other Grafana (graph) panels that corresponded to that same point in time. Similarly, when using the shared tooltip on the Grafana (graph) panels I would like it to show the hover information within my plotly scatter plot.
