I tried unpacking manually the steam-runtime-heavy.tar.xz, I now seems to have all the files you have in your own steam-runtime-heavy folder? but I still get exactly the same error [tree.txt](https://github.com/ValveSoftware/SteamVR-for-Linux/files/8541166/tree.txt)...
