Add getting started subsection

Add a more descriptive getting started with Kaolin subsection to README.md

Describe the broad class of tasks (currently) supported.
Link to the appropriate directory for each class of tasks

Looks great, just want to wait for the remaining example PRs to get in before we merge. Unless you want to add notes for the parts still being finetuned.
