[Feature request] Add option for "inbox" to take you to `/notifications` instead of `/message/unread`

Looks like Reddit is deprecating `/message/unread` for some users on New Reddit, and instead shows notifications over at `/notifications` now

"Diff against most recent revision" hangs / does nothing

Clicking on a file in the sidebar opens the diff window, but it just sits there waiting forever. Nothing in the P4V log.

I.e. jumping to pages

If it doesn't include copied URLs, it would be neat if it could be enhanced to remove garbage from copied URLs too!

`$` is the bane of my existence. It would save so much daily frustration if I could just start typing the variable's name without the leading `$` all the time...
