Hi all, I'm experiencing the same issue when I use Bambu in the recent `bioconda::bioconductor-bambu` [environments](https://anaconda.org/bioconda/bioconductor-bambu). It works in the bambu-3.0.8 release, but not in the 3.4.0 and 3.8.3 releases....
