The following channels are not available from a german IP address anymore: - DAZN FAST+ - Nickelodeon - ~~MTV Germany~~ (deleted in https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv/issues/17680) - Deluxe Music Rock ([newly shut down](https://www.digitalfernsehen.de/news/empfang/satellit/drei-deutsche-musiksender-ueber-satellit-abgeschaltet-1122108/))...

Remove or fix (mostly german) channels with issues, as discussed in this issue: https://github.com/jnk22/kodinerds-iptv/issues/670 Closes #670. Feel free to request changes, but this should be a good starting point.
