Hi there, I have (I assume, since it is recognized by Windows in the same way) the same Device. I got it to work with python-can using the "gs_usb" interface...
sadly I did not get that Error. But it could be that you don't have a libusb-xx.dll in C:\Windows\System32 folder or that the pyusb backend can't access the folder. Maybe...
