I really like this library and it is an important one in my project. But it seems it is no longer actively maintained and doesn't even compile on current Visual...

**Summary:** - Update .net 4.5.1 to 4.6.2 since it is unsupported in Visual Studio 2022 - Update dependencies and remove them for frameworks which do not need them
