I don't get the error anymore but didn't actively do anything to fix it. So it's kinda fixed but still if someone would know how to fix it please write...

I had this issue too. Had to use eigen in a specific way. Try following the instructions in [my fork](https://github.com/MrMinemeet/lsd_slam).
