Update your Node.JS to the latest version. Fixed it for me.
I'm guessing this is a result of the Safe Browsing API query not including a threatType / platformType / threatEntryType which Google used to categorize this URL. Will investigate further.
Unfortunately, Google isn't returning correct results on the SafeBrowsing v4 API. I'm not really sure why they do this, but one fix I found is to use an unofficial v3...

Unfortunately I don't have much time to work on the 0.3.0 branch, but I'm planning on taking a look at what needs to be done to finish it after next...

I think we could use a custom comment system with a database that is hosted off-site. That database would be downloadable by everyone at any time with an open moderator...
