API Startup crash due to SQL server unavailable.

If the SQL server is unavailable my .Net Core API crashes at startup. While this is obviously an issue for the API functioning, I don't think it should make it...

Please add the option to remember and apply the default volume :)

Cross Platform Support (Linux)?

Any chance of this being able to run on Linux, maybe using Wine and WPF .Net Core? Not sure if SharpDX might be an issue? Thanks.
