There is nothing that needs to be done on your end. This icon has been **tagged to be added** to the 7.3.xx release. We just haven't added it to that...

I don't see a need for an `alert-multiple-cog`, but we can add an `alert-cog` and `alert-multiple` (if spacing works); with their corresponding outline variants.

We have [three generator icons](https://github.com/Templarian/MaterialDesign/issues/7083) that are slated for the 7.3 release. We could add the off modifier to each of these. Would that work?     ...
