generator-off, generator-on

Before submitting a new icon request, please confirm the following:

• [X] I have searched all issues to make sure there isn't a request for this icon.
• [X] I have searched the current library to make sure the icon doesn't already exist.
• [X] I understand that brand icons are no longer being added and I can use SimpleIcons for my brand icon needs.
• [X] I only intend to request a single icon (or a few near-identical ones) in this issue.

What would you use this icon for?

• Representing a generator in a power diagram
• Showing generator state on a icon-only dashboard

This would be beneficial to me, but also to any other HomeAssistant users that have generators

Give us an example of what this icon might look like.

Generator Off: (apologies for the watermark, but it's to comply with licensing agreements for the icon)

Generator On:

I have the drawing skills of a horse, but the idea was that there was noise / vibration emanating from the generator, while smoke was pouring out of the exhaust.

We have three generator icons that are slated for the 7.3 release. We could add the off modifier to each of these. Would that work?
