Hello, everyone ! As the qijiezhao said, the problem is accossiated with the version of opencv-python , your version must be 3.x , try again! 

**输出省份解决方法：** 一、首先安装Pillow模块 pip install Pillow 二、代码修改 第1步 from PIL import Image, ImageDraw, ImageFont 第2步
