i dont know if this is possible but i would like it so when i run `yarn dev` it also runs `cargo r -p live` and `cargo r -p api`...

a few of my top artists are missing eg 21 savage with 28 tacks in one playlist alone but it says my next op artist is ye with 26 songs...
