When oh-my-zsh tmux plugin is enabled, the 'tmux' alias will cause my oh-my-tmux .tmux.conf.local to be ignored

I had a similar issue to this when using zinit to load the tmux plugin. Even when ZSH_TMUX_CONFIG was set to ~/.tmux.conf it still wouldn't detect my standard conf file....
