@TeiturAK I see no reference of HMMRATAC being able to process `.csi` files. Why did you think this should work?

Had the same exact issue. Can confirm that `cargo update` fixed the issue.

Doesn't seem like it. The project is pretty great but lacking material3 design features. Does not integrate that well with my current UI :/

I was eagerly awaiting this feature but seems progress has halted a bit. What is the status on this? I would be happy to help, but going off the PR...
